Good tea, huge cookies and delicious fruit scones! But the variety of seating and atmosphere is wonderful.
MoreEspresso Roma has the best Americano on campus, and maybe even in town. There food and pastries are fresh and hot in the morning, and the atmosphere is lovely. I love hanging outside in their covered patio.
MoreStrongest coffee in town and tastes good too. Staff is friendly and alert. The lighting is not great for reading at some tables but you can find a spot where it is good. Consistent throughout the years they have been.
MoreFavorite cafe
One of my favorite coffee places whether on campus or off. Not a commercial coffee experience but very unique and good with a lot of beverage and food offerings.
MoreRoma is a great place to meet up or get some work done. Their coffee and food are great and the price is reasonable for the campus area. There are ton of places to sit, both inside and outside in the back.
MoreFun, funky little coffee shop with fresh pastries and savories made daily. Charming, welcoming staff who make your day a little brighter. Hotspot near UO campus known by the locals and quickly discovered by newbies. Wifi. Indoor and outdoor seating areas. Quirky decor that shifts from room to room. Definitely worth a visit. It just might become one of your new favorite hangouts.
MoreLove this place! It’s the best coffee shop near campus, with plenty of space for chatting, studying, and relaxing. They’ve got a wide variety of cheap drinks and pastries-I always go for their croissant sandwiches! The workers are all friendly and talkative, and it’s a great place to go if you’re practicing your Spanish. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick coffee or a study space.
MoreBy far the best coffee shop I've been to in Eugene! I've been going here since my freshman year of college, and they've always treated my friends and I right. The pastries are delicious, and I like that it's a big space that is segmented to feel cozy. In the back is an open air patio that is lovely when it's warm out. They're queer and activist friendly, and a good place for Spanish students or native speakers to converse with the staff. I've had dates, work meetings, introverted hideaway, among many other great memories here, and I hope to make more
MoreCoffee is decent, but I really go there for the pastries and juicing. They are one of the few places that I know of where they actually do fresh juicing, pretty cool. The pastries are pretty good too. Hats off to how quick they are. Not a long wait time usually for those who are looking for a quick bite.
MoreThe coffee is absolutely delicious. And the fresh sandwiches always hit the spot. The pastries were also were delicious!!!
MoreBeen going here for years. Strong coffee and delicious pastries.
Good atmosphere, never too loud, dairy free milks and I love their croissants.
I really like the employees, they enjoy teaching Spanish, and the pastries and sandwiches are to die for!
MoreBest coffee near UO campus! Locally owned, without the hype and pretentiousness of Starbucks.
MoreExcellent coffee and pastries. Awesome customer service 👍
The coffee is high octane and the pastries are really, really good.
Amazing coffee and really good baked items
Always friendly employees and surprisingly good pastries. A great alternative to Starbucks corporate-ness.
MoreAwesome scones. Rich and packed with fillings. Their chai tea is also good and they have good space to have a discussion.
MoreHad a ham and bacon panini and it was amazing! A must have! I'll be back again!
Another fantastic eugene staple! Excellent Joe and great pastries with that eugene charm. Inside and outside seating. Sits right next to Starbucks sticking a finger in their eye with their excellent brew.
MoreGreat selection of breakfast and lunch items. My friend said the drip coffee was delicious.
MoreThis is my favorite coffee shop in the area so far. My typical order comes out to about $10 for two drinks and a decent pastry. The building is broken up into four indoor sections( 3 seating areas with slightly different decor and the ordering area) and there is a decently sized outdoor area in the back. I've never heard complaints about the food and enjoy coming here. I would love if they started selling hot breakfast foods like fried eggs but that's just a personal thing
MoreThe people where really nice and it was such a peaceful place. Me and my friend are gonna make this out study hang out. Im really glad we stumbled on it. Can't wait to come back!
MoreLoved this place when I was in school, and love it still. The coffee is always well made, rich, and strong. The pastries and bagel sandwiches are possibly the best in town. The atmosphere used to be "Communist Stronghold", and you can still enjoy that out back, but they also expanded their indoor seating. The fact that they attract a crowd with The Franchise next door shows you that at least some people still prefer great food and coffee over familiarity.
MoreWOW! Delicious! Handmade scones, yummy bagel sandwiches and the coffee, oh the coffee.... smooth, rich, excellent. When we first pulled up I wondered how a small business owner could survive next to a coffee mogul, now I know! Excellence. The owner is super nice too and the atmosphere welcoming. If we lived here we would be regulars.
MoreGood service. Good food. Not many dairy free options.
Cozy vibe and great service. A fantastic place to sit down and study. All you'll need is some of their coffee!
MorePretty good mochas here
I adore this place, the coffee is great, and the scones are so good. The prices are really reasonable as well. There’s plenty of seating, so you never have to worry about not finding a place to sit
MoreI have been in this place twice and was very disappointed with the coffees I recievef both times. They were just way too sweet. It also just feel a little dirty, like because it is next to the U they don't have to put as much work into it. I do like that there is a back area outside.
MoreI love this place. The workers are nice, the coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches all taste great, and there are lots of different areas to sit including a really nice and comfortable covered patio.
MoreGreat drinks and pastries. Very friendly staff.
Fav coffee shop in town, hands down.
Best coffee in the city. Good pastries. Reliable WiFi. Keep in mind that it's by the University so, ya know...parking.
MoreGreat art, good place to meet friends
Didn't seem very sanitary and instead of making my iced latte fresh the man took a rather large container of cold espresso (I'm assuming it was espresso) poured whole milk into it then proceeded to (without gloves) dip a cup into the concoction ans pour it over ice, he did this 3 times. Oh and his mask was only covering his mouth. Needless to say I will not be returning.
MoreThe scones here are huge and delicious! I love the other food that they serve here too. The guys who work here are very proud of what they do and they do a fantastic job.
MoreThe cream cheese scones are delicious! Coffee is consistently delicious, and environment is always chill and welcoming. Plenty of space to sit down on your computer and do research, or school work while you drink coffee. They also sell there espresso beans by the pound, which I buy and grind myself at home because they are better then any other coffee I have ever had.
MoreThe barista was awesome. Very helpful and excellent conversation. Enjoyed the pastries & coffee very much.
MoreThe best coffee shop in Eugene, hands down. This is a very authentic coffee shop with amazing Expresso drinks and a great collection of local artwork. If you're looking for a place to hang out, study or relax, look no further.
MoreGreat coffee shop with lots of indoor and outdoor options, always a good opportunity to practice my Spanish
MoreWent there for a meeting/job training. It was a nice quiet place with a lot of choices for both food and drinks (including smoothies). Prefect for meeting up with just about anyone. Plenty of seats and the people working there were nice and laid back. I was actually pretty impressed with what the place had to offer and I don't review places often.
MoreBeen drinking coffee here for over twenty years. Early morning hours are best for seating. Good foods, good brews. Bring a book or a friend and relax. Back porch is my jams.
MoreAmazing espresso and coffee, with a cosy and somewhat tacky atmosphere. Come to enjoy drinks alone or with small groups. Cappuccinos are served wet.
MoreWorked out seating challenges associated with Covid19 very well. Caffé latte was somewhat weak and on the cool side. Turning a croissant into a panini wasn't exactly what I had expected, but it tasted quite good. Service staff was outstanding!
MoreMy daily coffee shop ! Amazing and personable staff. They are like family. Great coffee and every baked good is homemade and fresh daily. This place has my heart and loyalty
MoreAwesome place to have coffee and hang out! So many places to sit and homework, catch up with friends, good costumer service
MoreGood food, good coffee, good atmosphere. Nice place to grab a bite and chill for a bit.
